Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before placing an order. They are written to be fair and easy to understand.
1. General
This website is operated by Lolali (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/332698/07), trading as Lolali. By placing an order you agree to these terms, which are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery and optional gift wrapping are shown separately at checkout. An order is a request to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm your payment. We may decline an order, for example if a product is mispriced because of an obvious error, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Specials are valid for the dates shown and while stock lasts.
3. Payment by EFT
We accept payment by EFT only. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Stock is reserved for 3 days from the time of ordering; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that period. Orders are processed once the funds reflect in our account.
4. Delivery
We deliver within the Republic of South Africa only, using PUDO locker-to-locker or door-to-door delivery. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. Risk passes to you when the parcel is collected from the locker or signed for at your address. Please ensure your cellphone number is correct, as PUDO sends collection PINs by SMS.
5. Returns and refunds
In line with section 44 of ECTA you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. In addition, we offer a 14 day return period for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Return delivery costs are for your account unless the item is defective. Defective goods may be returned within 6 months in terms of section 56 of the CPA for a repair, replacement or refund. Refunds are paid by EFT within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
For hygiene reasons opened skincare and makeup products cannot be returned unless faulty.
6. Personalised items
Personalised items are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless defective. Please double-check spelling, sizes and details before ordering.
7. Liability
Product images are for illustration; slight variations in colour and finish may occur, especially with handmade pieces. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Please read ingredient lists before using beauty products and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
8. Governing law and contact
